Cornwall Spring Gardens Festival
Apart from the well known gardens such as Trebah, Tresco, Trewithen, Trengwainton, Glendurgan, Heligan and Trelissick, which are mostly open throughout the Season, there are more than 70 privately owned gardens whose owners are delighted to see visitors on special open days arranged by the Cornwall Gardens Society. This year the Spring Festival opens on the weekend of 1st April, but many gardens are open throughout the season, see the calendar

Highlights this year include Royal Cornwall show in Wadebridge 2nd June and Henri-Lloyd Falmouth week starting with Falmouth Classic Boat Rally on Saturday 8th August.
Cornish Seaside Holiday Cottages
At Tantallon St Just-in-Roseland we are near many of the Cornish Gardens, the furthest is under an hour's drive and close enough to take in at least some of the many interesting events happening this Summer in Cornwall. Our cottage on the Lizard, Hill House, Gwenter is exceptionally well equipped. It is in a peaceful rural setting with fabulous panoramic views towards Kennack Sands with Lizard point beyond.
