Small cosy lakeside hotel on the shores of Llyn Cwellyn. The hotel has been extensively refurbished recently by new owners Nick and Karen Ashley-Sissons. The lakeside restaurant feature Welsh produce. Built in 1810 as a fishing lodge by the Marquis of Anglesey, the bedrooms are now all en-suite and all enjoy lake or mountain views.The hotel owns 90 acres of Llyn Cwellyn together with over 1000 yards of bank. Llyn Cwellyn is well know for its Brown Trout and Char, and guests can fish on a complimentary basis. There are also boats for hire and extensive gardens for quiet enjoyment. |
